  1. This policy applies to your use of the Super-Pharm Group websites, such as: shop.super-pharm.co.il (the " Site", "the Sites " as applicable), which includes Super-Pharm (Israel) Ltd. and Lifestyle Customer Loyalty Club Ltd., and any company that may be included in the Group in the future and who acts on their behalf ( "Super-Pharm", "the Company" ), regardless of how you access or use them.
  2. The company respects the privacy of users of the sites. Therefore, Super-Pharm seeks, through this policy document, to inform and disclose to the public using the sites the privacy policy applied thereto, the manner in which the company collects and uses personal information provided to it by you through browsing the sites, the registration process for the site, and its use in the various services.
  3. This policy applies to identifiable information that relates to you and is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 (" Information "), "Privacy Protection Law" ).
  4. This policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Sites . As stated in the Terms of Use, use of the Sites, including the content contained therein and the various services operating therein, indicates your agreement to this Privacy Policy and changes thereto, and you are therefore requested to read these Terms carefully, alongside the General Terms of Use, as this document constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms of Use document.
  5. This policy applies to all uses made by our users of the Sites (the " Services "), including:
  • When you use the Site and the Services, whether using your computer, mobile device or any other device of yours, or whether you connect to the Services through the Site or from any other site and/or application.
  • About phone calls, emails, other electronic messages including SMS, telephone, internet chat, website/portal, and any other form of communication between you and the company.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your use of the Services.

  1. Please note: You are not required by law to provide the Company with any personal information. However, without providing the information, you will not be able to receive the services provided by the Company and through the Sites, which require a registration process. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are providing us with personal information of your own free will, for the purposes detailed in this Policy, and that we are entitled to hold this information in accordance with this Policy and the provisions of any law. Providing your details when registering for the Services constitutes a declaration on your part as to their accuracy.
  2. Super-Pharm clarifies that the privacy policy document below may change from time to time and at its discretion, as the privacy policy is dynamic and may change as new content and services are added to the sites that may also affect the policy. Therefore, Super-Pharm recommends that you review this privacy policy document. If any material changes are made regarding the use of personal information, a notice will be published on the relevant sites.
  3. This document was written based on the relevant law at the time of writing and Super-Pharm will do everything in its power to adapt the policy to changes in legislation in the field. It is clarified that this privacy policy is not intended to allow Super-Pharm to perform actions that are prohibited by law.
  4. The sites are operated and managed by Super-Pharm. The privacy policy document is written in clear and understandable language, but if customers still have any questions, Super-Pharm will be happy to assist its customers – see my methods. Contact us later .
  5. In this document, "the Company" and "Super-Pharm" also include Super-Pharm employees, Super-Pharm managers and/or anyone on their behalf.
  6. The privacy policy document is written in the masculine form for convenience only and is addressed to both genders.
  7. Registration
    1. Some of the services offered on the site require registration. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to update personal information about yourself, such as, but not limited to, first name, last name, active email address, residential address, means of communication, etc., and to choose a username and personal password. Some of the aforementioned information will be marked as "required fields" because without providing this information, registration will not be possible, and certain services may only be provided after registration. In some of the services, you may be asked to add and provide additional data/information that is required by the nature of the service or that, at the discretion of Super-Pharm, it will be possible to provide these services after providing this data/information.
    2. Regarding the username and password - Super-Pharm may from time to time determine additional and/or other methods of identification and requests that you keep the username and password confidential to prevent misuse of them and recommends changing the password from time to time.
    3. Registration using your social media account: You can register for websites using your social media account such as Facebook. When you register for the service using your social media account, you allow us to obtain basic information about you from your social media profile, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, in accordance with your privacy settings on that social media. You can change your privacy settings as you wish through the social media interface.

The use of social networks for the purpose of registering on the site is external and separate from the service provided by Super-Pharm and is subject to the privacy policies of the social networks. Therefore, this policy does not apply to the activities of these social networks.

Information collected by Super-Pharm as part of the Services

  1. Access and use of chat services with the personal shopping agent on the site
    1. If you use the chat services with the personal shopping agent on the site, which is based on artificial intelligence, the information you provide in the chat correspondence may be retained by Super-Pharm, including questions regarding products that may reveal medical information or other sensitive information about you.
    2. You are requested not to include sensitive personal information in correspondence with the personal shopping agent (such as medical information, financial information, personal information about the privacy of a person's family life, about his marital privacy and his sexual orientation).
    3. The information collected will be processed for the purposes of providing the service requested by you, including providing personalized recommendations based on your questions; in addition, the information will be processed for control, research and analysis purposes in order to improve the services and products provided on the site, all in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
    4. Please note that the information provided through this service is based on artificial intelligence based on the information and product details displayed on the site; it is clarified that the information provided through the service does not constitute professional advice and there may be inaccuracies in the response. In any case, Super-Pharm will not be responsible for the completeness, correctness, timeliness or clarity of the information displayed through the service, and its use is at your own choice, of your own free will and under your full responsibility.

  1. Access and use customer service via WhatsApp
    1. If you use Super-Pharm customer service via Correspondence on WhatsApp The information you provide as part of the correspondence will be retained by Super-Pharm, including: The content of the conversation with us may include information about the services and products you purchased and identifying information about you.
    2. Super-Pharm has no control or ability to supervise WhatsApp, and therefore, your use of the WhatsApp application is secured only by WhatsApp and not by Super-Pharm. The information transmitted by you may also be disclosed to WhatsApp or anyone on its behalf, and your use of this service is subject to WhatsApp's terms of use and privacy policy.
    3. The use of this channel is at your own choice, of your own free will and under your full responsibility, and you can stop using this channel at any time and at any stage. You can also contact us through the variety of other service channels available to you.
    4. Your consent to contact you in the future on: WhatsApp - Your consent to join this channel includes your consent to future contacts from the company to you.

  1. Information you provide to us and information collected by us
    1. When you register for the site and services, for example to place an order on the site, you will be required to complete a registration process in which you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as your first name, last name, telephone number, residential address, e-mail address, etc.
    2. If you place an order or purchase products on the site, the details of the orders and transactions made by you and the payment method you used will be retained by Super-Pharm, including orders for products that may reveal health information or other sensitive information about you.
    3. When you contact us by phone, email or otherwise, or through the feedback form on the site, Super-Pharm may receive information that personally identifies you. We may monitor and store phone calls, emails, live chats and record any communication between you and the company's customer service representatives.
    4. As mentioned, you are not required by law to provide the information, but without providing it, you cannot and will not be able to use certain services on the site and Super-Pharm will not be able to provide you with those services.
    5. You must provide only true, accurate and complete details and you hereby confirm that the details you have provided are correct. As noted, you are not required by law to provide the details, however, incorrect details, or failure to provide all the required details may, among other things, prevent you from using the services on the Site, impair the quality of the service provided to you, prevent the completion of your order and impair the ability to contact you. If your details have changed, you must update them online on the Site or by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Information we collect from third parties
    1. In order to register for the Life Style customer club, you will be asked to provide the credit company (Isracard) with identifying information, including your ID number and additional details such as your personal, family and financial situation.
    2. As stated, identifying information about Lifestyle customers, as well as additional information accumulated by the credit company (Isracard), is transferred to Lifestyle Customer Loyalty Club Ltd. The information includes: personal details, purchases made with the credit card, loans taken out using the credit card, card validity, loss/theft/change in card status, customer retention requests, etc. Lifestyle Customer Loyalty Club Ltd. uses the aforementioned information for the purpose of providing personalized marketing offers to the customer.
    3. As stated above, if you registered on the website via Facebook or another social network, your contact information (such as name, email, link to profile picture) will be transferred to us from the network through which you registered.
  3. Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect personal information as well as aggregate statistical information related to your use of the Services, in one or more of the following ways:

    1. When you access and use the Site, we may collect information about your visit to the Site, your use of the Services, and your browsing of the Web. This information may include details regarding the location of the computer and the IP address from which you accessed the Site, your operating system, your browser identifier, location data, browser type, domain names, language settings, and additional information regarding your practices on the Site, such as information or advertisements you have read, pages and products you have viewed, product orders you have placed, offers and services that have interested you, and regarding the manner in which you interact with our Site and with other websites. We may collect this information through the use of Cookies, log files, and other tracking technologies. The aforementioned information is stored on the Site’s computers and is used by Super-Pharm for analysis, control, monitoring, and drawing conclusions (for more information, see Section 20 – Cookies).
    2. We may use third-party services to collect and analyze personal information relating to your activity on the Site, as well as anonymous, statistical or aggregate information, in connection with the use of the Site, for the purpose of analyzing traffic to the Site.
  2. Use of information

The use of personal information collected by us will be done only in accordance with this Privacy Policy or in accordance with the provisions of any law, including for the following purposes:

  • To enable you to use the Services and the Website;
  • To recognize you during your repeat visits to areas that require registration and to save you from having to enter your details each time;
  • To operate, improve, develop and enrich the services and content offered on the site, including creating new services and content customized to the requirements and expectations of site users, and to change or cancel existing services and content;
  • To tailor advertisements and commercial and marketing information to your personal preferences and/or shopping habits within the Super-Pharm chain (including if you are a Life Style Club member) by displaying content and services on sites that are personally tailored to you, including through social media platforms, such as promotions, coupons and messages;
  • To tailor the ads that will be displayed to you when you visit and browse the site to your areas of interest. The information we use for this purpose will not personally identify you by name or address;
  • To send you information from time to time regarding services, content and offers that may be of interest to you, as well as marketing and advertising information, including personalized offers based on the information collected about you – whether information that we ourselves publish or information that we receive from other advertisers. For the avoidance of doubt, such information will be sent to you by email, SMS messages and various media, including through third-party websites or social media platforms, only if you have consented to this, and at any time you may withdraw your consent by sending a message to contactus@Super-Pharm.co.il, by clicking on the "Remove from mailing list" link that appears in each such email message, or by following any instruction that the Company may include in the message sent to you, and to cease receiving it in accordance with the provisions of Section 30A of the Communications Law [Bezeq and Services], 5742-1982.
  • For the purposes of sending service messages necessary for providing the services, for customer service purposes, including responding to feedback and complaints, and for contacting you (if necessary) or for the purpose of analyzing and providing statistical information to third parties, including advertisers.
  • Processing and analyzing information for the company's needs, including, among other things, for service and survey purposes, research and statistical analysis regarding the user's use of the services and their preferences, and for the purpose of developing and marketing various services of the company, segmentation and analysis of digital media, among other things, for the purpose of analyzing and understanding the user audience, its preferences and needs, and for the purpose of improving the efficiency of the company's services and marketing activities;
  • For the purpose of defending against any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and Super-Pharm and/or anyone on its behalf;
  • Complying with legal requirements, including maintaining records and performing actions we are required to perform by law, providing information to a competent authority, and providing information pursuant to a subpoena;
  • To process your requests to delete information, to review information and to correct it if necessary;
  • We may anonymize personal information for the aforementioned purposes, including for research, statistics, and analysis and processing services, for the benefit of the Company or for the benefit of a third party.
  • For any other purpose specified in this Privacy Policy or the terms of use of any of the relevant services;
  1. Providing personal information to third parties
    1. Super-Pharm undertakes to maintain the databases in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, and will not transfer the information that personally identifies you to third parties except in the cases detailed below:
  • In order to provide you with the services and manage the personal information collected about you, through the company's service providers (including their subcontractors), to a reasonable extent and for business needs, such as: cloud computing platforms and hosting providers (in Israel or abroad), service support and improvement service providers, billing and payment collection providers for your purchases, providers of sending emails and marketing information, including targeted and personalized advertising in various media, invoices and receipts, and more;
  • In the event that you violate the provisions of the law, the Terms of Use, or the terms of any agreement you have entered into in connection with the Services, including the investigation of potential violations, including through law enforcement authorities;
  • According to a legal obligation or authority, or in accordance with the instructions of a competent authority, including if Super-Pharm receives a judicial order instructing it to provide your details or information about you to a third party, even if it is not the court;
  • In any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and Super-Pharm (including subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies) and/or anyone on its behalf;
  • In any case where the provision of information, in the sole discretion of Super-Pharm, is necessary to prevent serious harm to your body or property or to prevent serious harm to the body of a third party;
  • Super-Pharm will be entitled to transfer your details and the information collected following your use of the services to other companies in the Super-Pharm group, provided that they will use this information only in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy;
  • To the extent that Super-Pharm organizes its activities within the framework of another corporation, as well as in the event of a merger with another entity, the transfer of its activities (or part of them) or a merger with the activities of a third party, Super-Pharm will be entitled to transfer to the new corporation a copy of the information stored about you as well as any statistical information, provided that this corporation accepts the provisions of this privacy policy;
  • When purchasing products or services sold on the Site as part of a joint activity between Super-Pharm and the third party as presented on the Site prior to purchasing that product or service, Super-Pharm will be entitled to transfer to these partners the information they need to complete the purchase process, manage the relevant content activity and maintain contact with you.

You acknowledge and agree that the transfer of personal information as aforesaid may include transfer outside the borders of the State of Israel, including to a country that does not apply data protection laws identical to those of the State of Israel, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

  1. Cookies
    1. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your device and stored there by your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies make it easier for you to navigate the site, while others enable a faster login process or allow you to track your actions on the site.
    2. Super-Pharm uses cookies and other similar tracking technologies, including those of third-party providers, for the ongoing and proper operation of the site and to improve performance and user experience on the sites. These files may collect your device identification data, its IP address or any other information about your use of the services, as part of the analytical information they provide to us.
    3. Some cookies expire when you close your browser, while others are saved on your computer's hard drive. We would like to clarify that cookies contain a variety of information, such as pages you have visited, the length of time you have been on the site, where you came from to the site, sections and information you wish to see when you enter the site, and more. Cookies also help, among other things, to collect statistical data on the use of the site, in order to adapt the site to your personal preferences and information security needs. Cookies can also be used by Super-Pharm to eliminate the need to enter your details each time you revisit sections of the site that require registration.
    4. The technologies used by Cookies allow, among other things, to monitor the activities you perform on the Sites and Services, and to improve the browsing and service experience, including in a personalized way for you. In addition, Cookies are used to monitor the use of the Sites in order to improve their efficiency and our marketing activities. For example, Cookies allow us to learn how users respond to our advertisements; improve our offers; know how you discovered our Sites; provide behavioral advertising on the Internet, including displaying advertisements for products that may interest you based on your previous behavior; show you targeted advertisements and content on social media platforms; send you recommendations, marketing communications or content based on your profile and interests; and to enable sharing of our content on social media. We may cross-reference this data with additional information, including against your other uses of the services provided by Super-Pharm on the Sites and in the network branches.
    5. The information in Cookies is encrypted, but if you do not wish to receive Cookies, you can prevent this by changing the settings in your browser. In addition, you can delete Cookies from your computer at any time. We would just like to clarify that if you do so, the Site will not be tailored to your preferences and deleting or disabling Cookies may prevent you from using some of the services and features on the Site or other websites or may impair your user experience.
    6. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings in a way that blocks the use of cookies, your use of the site constitutes your consent to the Company being able to perform computerized monitoring of your use of the services by placing cookies or similar means for the ongoing and proper operation of the site, including for the purpose of collecting statistical data about site use and authentication details, as well as for the purpose of adapting your use of the site to your personal preferences and for the purpose of information security.

  1. Information security
    1. Super-Pharm implements advanced protection mechanisms to secure the information in the Services. These security mechanisms are designed to reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion into Super-Pharm's databases. However, they can never provide complete immunity. Therefore, Super-Pharm does not guarantee that the Services will be completely immune from unauthorized access and misuse of the information stored therein.
    2. Super-Pharm urges you to take steps to maintain the security of your personal information, including your user account password, and to log out of your account after use. The company will not be liable for any disclosure of your user information, or any misuse of information about you resulting from your failure to keep your username and password confidential, or from your failure to update your passwords frequently.
    3. By using and purchasing on the site, you declare that you will not have any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against Super-Pharm and/or anyone on its behalf due to any hacks, intrusions, malfunctions and/or disruptions on the site, provided that the aforementioned was not within Super-Pharm's control and it took reasonable efforts to prevent the events.
  2. Saving the information

Super-Pharm will retain the information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of using the information detailed in this Privacy Policy or for a period of time required by law, or as required to protect its rights and legitimate interests of the Company, whichever is longer. Non-identifying statistical/aggregate information may be retained by the Company, among other things, for present and future analysis and statistical purposes without limitation.

  1. Third-party services
    1. Certain services, such as Facebook-related services, are actually operated by entities other than the Company. In such cases, the services will be provided or operated not solely through the Company, but through the other entities as noted.
    2. Without derogating from the above, your activity on the Site may allow third parties, such as online search engines, to rely on the nature of the activity as stated above, in order to present you with tailored advertisements as part of the online activity, also outside the Site, as an integral part of their ongoing activity and without any connection to the Company's activity. The activity of third parties as stated above will be carried out subject to the privacy policy that serves them only, and will be carried out under their full and exclusive responsibility, without the Company having any liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
  2. Third-party links

The Sites may contain links to third-party sites and services that are outside the Company's control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. For example, Life Direct insurance activity is linked to the sites of insurance companies offered on the Site, and joining the LifeStyle Club contains a link to the credit card company's site. The Company disclaims any responsibility for the privacy practices of other sites to which the Company may link, and the Company recommends that you review the aforementioned privacy policies yourself.

  1. Use of the website by minors

The Sites are not directed to users under the age of eighteen (18). By browsing the Sites, you represent and warrant that you are not a minor.

  1. Right to view and delete information
    1. According to the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to inspect, in person or through his attorney who has received written authorization or through his guardian, the information about him held in a database. A person who has inspected the information about him and found that it is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct the information or delete it. Please note that the right to inspect is subject to the provisions of the law and the rights of others besides you. As part of the inquiry, you must specify the identification details that will be required from you in order to identify you.     2. If the information in Super-Pharm's databases is used for the purpose of personally contacting you, based on your membership in a population group, determined according to one or more characteristics of people whose names are included in the database ( "Commercial Proposal Request" ), then you are entitled under the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database used for such commercial proposal requests, by sending an email to Customers@Super-Pharm.co.il . Information necessary for the management of its business, including documentation of commercial and other operations carried out on the services, will continue to be stored in Super-Pharm's databases by law, but will no longer be used for such commercial proposal requests.
    3. You can contact us with a request to delete your account by sending an email to: contactus@super-pharm.co.il , specifying the subject of the request in the email header. Before deleting your account, you should make sure that there is no unused personal coupon in your account. In order to process your request, you may be required to provide additional details to verify your identity.
      Within 30 days of receiving your request to delete your account (including providing identifying information if necessary), your account will be deleted, including data such as items in your cart, favorite items, and your Facebook registration details (if you registered in this manner). In addition, upon deletion of your account, the email address with which you registered on the site will be automatically removed from the mailing list used to send commercial offers.
      However, information required by the company for legal defense purposes or by virtue of regulatory obligations, such as purchase invoices, mailing history, consents given by you and marketing activities carried out with you, will continue to be stored in a manner linked to your details.
  2. Changes

Super-Pharm may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website (the date of the last change (month and year) will be indicated at the top of the Privacy Policy page) and will be binding from the date of their publication, unless otherwise stated.
