Shipping and Delivery Policy

Next Business Day Delivery

a. The order will be delivered via next business day shipping to the customer's home at an address in Israel that is included in Super-Pharm's delivery areas list only. If the customer wishes for the delivery to arrive at a locality where daily delivery is not performed, the delivery date will be determined according to the delivery company's distribution schedule, and in any case within 5 business days from the date the order was placed. The list of localities to which delivery cannot be made from the Super-Pharm website is detailed in the above link.

c. Shipping Cost -

c.1 For any order up to (and including) ₪299, the shipping cost is ₪19.90.

c.2 For any order over ₪299 (prescription medications will not be included in calculating the order amount), the shipping cost is ₪9.90.

d. The delivery will arrive at the address specified by the customer when placing the order. An order placed Sunday-Wednesday until 7:59 PM will be delivered by courier the next day. An order placed Sunday-Wednesday from 8:00 PM will be considered as if placed the next day and will be delivered accordingly. An order placed from Wednesday 8:00 PM until Thursday 7:59 PM will be delivered by courier on Sunday. An order placed from Thursday 8:00 PM until Saturday 7:59 PM will be delivered by courier on Monday.

e. On the day of delivery, an SMS message will be sent to the customer and the courier will contact the customer when in the area of the delivery address to coordinate delivery within a time frame of up to half an hour, unless the customer has indicated that the delivery may be left at the door, in which case the courier may leave the delivery at the door without making contact. If the customer does not indicate consent to leaving the delivery at the door and/or does not give consent to the courier to leave the delivery at the door, the delivery will wait for the customer at the nearest branch, the customer will be notified of this, and the customer will be credited the shipping cost upon collection from the branch.

f. Orders placed on the website during periods of special sales on the website and during the 7-day period thereafter will be sent and delivered to the address provided by the customer within 7 business days from the date the order was placed. For this purpose, "special sales" include: il sale days, Chinese Singles Day, Black Friday, lifestyle days, redemption of benefits sent via direct mail and designated for the e-commerce site, and the like.

g. If it is not possible to contact the customer using the contact details provided when placing the order for 3 days after the order date, Super-Pharm will be entitled to cancel the order (without charging the customer for the cost of the products) and charge the customer a handling fee of ₪14.90 in addition to the cost of preparing the delivery (if applicable). Additionally, in such a case, Super-Pharm will be entitled to prevent the customer from making future purchases through the website.

h. It is hereby clarified that intermediate holiday days, holiday eves, and holidays will be considered for the above purposes as Fridays and Saturdays, with necessary modifications and as applicable.

** Super-Pharm reserves the right to stop the option for same-day delivery at any given time, at its sole discretion.

It is clarified that notwithstanding the above, Super-Pharm will be entitled to change the delivery areas, the amount of shipping fees, and the shipping and delivery policy from time to time without the need to provide advance notice (except for orders already placed and confirmed).
