Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

It is not possible to make purchases on the site related to the city of Eilat (neither as part of self-pickup from a branch in Eilat nor as part of an order delivered by courier to an address in Eilat).

Delivery and pickup options

Next business day pickup (if an option opens on the site, due to items in the shopping cart being out of stock)

During the ordering of products purchased on the site, if an option opens due to items in the shopping cart being out of stock, you can choose the self-pickup option for the next business day.
Self-collection cost -

  • A.1 For each order amounting to (including) 150 NIS, the collection cost is 4.9 NIS.
  • A.2 For every order over 150 NIS, collection will be free of charge.


An order received Sunday-Wednesday by 8:00 PM will be delivered the next business day, after 5:00 PM.

An order received Sunday-Tuesday starting at 8:00 PM will be considered as if it was placed the next day and will therefore be delivered accordingly.

An order received from Wednesday at 8:00 PM until Thursday at 8:00 PM will be delivered on Sunday (except for the Kiryat Shmona and Arad branches).

An order received on Thursday - starting at 8:00 PM until Friday at 12:00 PM - will be delivered on Monday.

An order received on Friday from 12:00 until Saturday at 20:00 will be delivered on Monday.

When the order is ready for pickup at the selected branch, the customer will receive an email and/or SMS message from Super-Pharm, according to the contact information provided by the customer when placing the order.

The customer will be able to arrive at the selected branch and collect the shipment from the cosmetics department or checkout counter or by scanning a code, as stated in the email and/or SMS message.

Sending an operational message in connection with an order, via SMS or e-mail, will not be considered a violation of the provisions of Section 30A of the Communications Law.

If the customer does not arrive to collect the products from the selected branch within 2 business days from the date the customer received the SMS and/or email that the order has been picked up and is ready for collection, Super-Pharm will be entitled to cancel the order (without charging the customer for the cost of the products) and charge the customer a handling fee of 14.90 NIS in addition to the cost of preparing the shipment (as applicable). In addition, in the aforementioned case, Super-Pharm will be entitled to prevent the customer from making future purchases through the website.

During periods of special sales on the site and for a period of 7 days thereafter, it will not be possible to collect on the same day, and orders will be ready for collection up to 7 business days from the date of placing the order, on the date specified at the end of placing the order and before making the payment. In this regard, "special sales" such as: il sales days, Chinese Singles' Day, Black Friday, lifestyle days, realization of benefits sent by direct mail and dedicated to the trading site, etc.

Next business day delivery

A. During the order, you can choose delivery via next business day delivery to the customer's home address in Israel that is included in the list of Super-Pharm delivery areas only. If the customer wishes the delivery to arrive in a locality to which daily delivery is not made, the delivery date will be determined in accordance with the delivery company's delivery dates, and in any case up to 7 business days from the date the order is placed. The list of localities to which delivery cannot be made from the Super-Pharm website is detailed in the link above.

B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it may not be possible to provide deliveries to certain localities in Israel (including according to the guidelines and policies of the external delivery company) even though they are included in Super-Pharm's list of delivery areas.

C. Shipping cost -

C.1 For each order amounting to (including) 299 NIS, the shipping cost is 19.90 NIS.

C.2 For each order in the amount of over 299 NIS (prescription medications will not be taken into account when calculating the order amount), the shipping cost is 9.90 NIS.

D. The shipment will arrive at the address specified by the customer when ordering. An order placed on Sunday-Wednesday until 19:59 will be delivered by courier the next day. An order placed on Sunday-Wednesday starting at 20:00 will be considered as having been placed on the next day and will therefore be delivered accordingly. An order placed from Wednesday at 20:00 to Thursday at 19:59 will be delivered by courier on Sunday. An order placed from Thursday at 20:00 to Saturday at 19:59 will be delivered by courier on Monday.

E. On the day the shipment arrives, an SMS message will be sent to the customer and the courier will contact the customer when he is in the area of ​​the delivery address to coordinate delivery of the shipment within a time frame of up to half an hour, unless the customer has indicated that the shipment can be left at the door, in which case the courier will be able to leave the shipment at the door without making contact. If the customer does not indicate that he agrees to leave the shipment at the door and/or does not give his consent to the courier to leave the shipment at the door, the shipment will wait for the customer at the branch closest to his home, the customer will be notified of this and the customer will be credited with the cost of the shipment when it is collected from the branch.

F. Orders placed on the site during periods of special sales on the site, as well as for a period of 7 days thereafter, will be sent and delivered to the address provided by the customer within 7 business days of the date of placing the order. In this regard, "special sales" such as: il sales days, Chinese Singles' Day, Black Friday, lifestyle days, realization of benefits sent by direct mail and dedicated to the trading site, etc.

G. If it is not possible to contact the customer using the contact information provided when placing the order, for 3 days after the order is placed, Super-Pharm will be entitled to cancel the order (without charging the customer for the cost of the products) and charge the customer a handling fee of 14.90 NIS in addition to the cost of preparing the shipment (as applicable). In addition, in the aforementioned case, Super-Pharm will be entitled to prevent the customer from making future purchases through the website.

H. It is hereby clarified that weekdays, holiday eves and holidays will be considered for the aforementioned purposes as Fridays and Saturdays, with the required changes and as appropriate.

* Delivery times may be subject to change depending on product availability, branches, and subject to Section E. The delivery time for picking up the order will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process on the website.

** Super-Pharm reserves the right to suspend the option to ship today at any given time, at its sole discretion.

It is clarified that, notwithstanding the above, Super-Pharm will be entitled to change the shipping areas, the amount of shipping fees, and the shipping and delivery policy from time to time and without the need to provide prior notice (excluding orders that have already been placed and confirmed).
